A customer subscription that contains one or more Companies. Members have one role across the Account and access only assigned Companies.
Profile
Your personal display information attached to your login — name, avatar, and signature.
Company
A company, brand, or business inside an Account. Members need an explicit Company assignment to access its data.
Account role
Your permission level across an Account — Account Owner, Account Admin, or Account User.
Member
A person with access to an Account who signs in with their own login. Managed under Members & Roles.
Client
A customer or business an Account sends agreements to. A Client is a record, not a login.
Signer
A person who signs an agreement. Identified by name + email. Signers do not need an Account — they use a secure magic link.
